This new "CLAW" design shade structure was built for a Child Care Centre in a commercial district of Sydney, at Macquarie Park. The claw features a single offset post mast and shade cloth coverage over a large area (42sm). Child Care Centres must provide shaded outdoor play areas for accreditation and this shade system complies with the requirements. Additional coverage also qualifies a centre for additional enrollments thus giving is a positive financial incentive to install shade.
