FDC – Colorbond Walkway and Awning
Colorbond walkway and awning were built for a tenant fit-out of a new warehouse complex in Marsden Park. The structures comprised Windspray steel framework and guttering and Colorbond Monument for the roof sheets. Structures were cantilevered so posts were offset giving s clear access on other sides. The structures came together at different heights making levels and engineering references crucial. Gutters were installed to the low sides and connected to nearby stormwater pits.
Workplace Health and Safety is critical on construction sites. Compliance documents included Risk Assessment, SWMS, Maintenance records, Staff Qualifications, Log Books, Operators Manual for a drilling rig used. All staff were inducted and had white cards to work on-site.
