Watpac – Bankstown Library
Three hypar umbrellas were installed for the Bankstown Library forecourt. The single mast was engineered to withstand prevailing winds.
The hypar effect refers to the distinctive 3D twist shape of the umbrella achieved by alternating high and low corners of the frame. In a Hypar Umbrella a twisted high-low pattern is achieved on the umbrella edges.
