After modification to comply with council approval conditions, this swimming pool structure is an attractive, practical addition to this Glenmore Park residence. A colorbond steel roof was required by council to comply with the bushfire BAL levels applicable in the area.
The client also requested privacy. The structure includes a vertical shade cloth panel which acts as a privacy screen from the neighbour.
